A relaxing cruise on the beautiful river Frome can be had aboard the whaler Pequod.

After boarding at Wareham Quay we head up stream, passing under South Bridge and past Abbot's Quay towards the site of Wareham Castle, after which we pass into the calm back waters that wind through water meadows, full of wildlife.

At the extent of the navigable river we return, passing Wareham Quay, and into the busier part of the river with the larger expensive boats on their equally expensive moorings.

On route we pass the exclusive Priory Hotel with it's gardens that run down to the river. A little later we see Redcliff with it's yacht club, farm and boatyard.

A final turn, and we return to Wareham Quay, all smiles and everyone a little happier than before our little cruise.
